The Routes

Each route is designed to cater for the abilities of all participants and they follow environmentally friendly routes. We operate on two routes, they are:

The company reserves the right to terminate the activity at any given time on trial, if it is in the sole opinion of the trial leader/guide that the quad drivers act irresponsibly, and that they endanger their own life’s or those of their fellow participants and/or if they damage the quad bikes. No refund will be effected if the above is implemented.

Eco Trail every two hours from 07h00 daily, others on request.

Booking Procedure

All bookings will be made through the Livingstone’s Adventure Central reservations offices and can be made by telephone, fax or by e-mail. The contact details can be found below. The agent is to confirm the voucher number with the reservations staff and will issue their clients with a voucher that will be presented to the Livingstone’s Adventure reservations upon checking in.

It is important to inform the clients that this is not an extreme activity – racing will not be tolerated. The sales agent should also try to match riding abilities of clients where ever possible – Novice, Beginner or Experienced. Rider ability should be stated at the time of booking.

Credit Arrangement - Only by prior written approval

Credit Payment. Strictly thirty days (30) after date of statement. The statements will be forwarded to your offices before the 7th day of each month.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the popularity of our activities, if bookings are cancelled within 14 days a 50% cancellation fee applies, less than 14 days no refund will be available. Certain exceptions will be made.
