TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All Rates are NETT and Non-Commissionable and are quoted in UNITED STATES DOLLARS
• These rates are effective from 1 December 2011 - 30 November 2012
• All payments will be made on a 30 day basis. Outstanding payments will attract an interest of BBZ base rate plus 4%.
• LIVINGSTONE'S ADVENTURE (the company) reserve the right to change any of the rates above without prior notice should operating costs increase
• All Rates are subject to change.
• Rates exclude park entry fees that may be levied from time to time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that the cancellation policy will strictly apply as follows: 100% cancellation will be charged - if booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to the activity. 50% cancellation will be charged - if booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to the activity. All No-Shows will be addressed the day after the activity has taken place.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Proof of medical certificate
• Delays in travel due to technicalities beyond control.
• Bereavements

Any other exceptions will be authorised by the Managing Director.
