horse trails

operate on scheduled departure times for your convenience. For individual bookings, these timings are to be strictly adhered to. For group bookings, timings may be altered on request.

DEPARTURE TIMES FROM THE STABLES
07:00 hours, 10:30 hours, 14:30 hours and 16:00 hours.
Longer trails are available on request.

OUR HORSES
We have sixteen dedicated trail ponies, all of which are well trained and of a friendly manner. All our trail ponies are completely "elephant proof" and are used to confronting

wild life

.

RESTRICTIONS

• Children under the age of 16 will require written permission from a parent or guardian in order to undertake our

  horse back trails

• Maximum of 12 passengers per trip. Each group of 6 will be accompanied by a qualified horse man and guide.
• Any client suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to partake in any activity.

Note: As we have only 12 horses stabled at the stables, prior arrangements will be made for the additional four horses to be at the stables when we have 16 clients.

CLOTHING

• Helmets. Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times.
• Shoes. It is recommended that the clients wear suitable closed in footwear to protect their feet.
• Clothes. Suitable outdoor clothing should be worn. A poncho or raincoat in the rainy season will be advisable. Skirts and dresses are not recommended.
